Meta Muse Saved Me $70 Without Being Asked

A car seat return, a restocking fee I had no idea about, and what it looks like when a personal agent actually earns your trust.

A big part of the Meta Muse sales pitch is that it can save you real money.

And I can attest today that this is absolutely true. Last weekend it saved me $70 without me having to ask or prompt anything.

A few months ago, my wife and I bought a new car seat to put in our second car. But we’ve been able to manage without it just fine, so we thought let’s just return it and get our money back, since it was still in its package and never used.

So we returned the car seat, and a few days later I get a message from Muse saying we got our money back minus a $70 restocking fee, which we had absolutely no idea about.

Muse then proactively gave me the Amazon phone number and a script with my order number ready, that I could just repeat to the representative.

After 20 minutes on the phone with them, they ended up giving me a credit of $70 to my Amazon account, which I was happy with.

But all of this thanks to Muse. Again, I didn’t ask anything of it. It just surfaced something in my inbox that would have otherwise gone absolutely silent, and I would have never noticed that I was charged $70.

Thanks Meta Muse, you've earned more trust!
